The Area It is beautiful with many chateaux, ancient priories and churches, mixed woodland, lakes and sites of historical interest. Still predominantly agricultural Bellac hosts a large annual sheep fair and of course Limousin beef is world renowned. Limoges is not only famous for it’s porcelain, it also has a multitude of cultural events every year. All this French peace and beauty and yet only just an hour’s flight from London!! The current owner, a horsey Brit, is only leaving as her mother of 93 needs to be cared for in the UK. The reduced price of only 450,000 euros reflects her urgent need to move.
